The hotline is staffed by attorneys who provide legal information and assistance about child custody and visitation matters. ...Kelsey-Seybold Clinics have flu vaccines available at all locations throughout out the Houston-area during regular business hours Monday through Friday. ...More than 2,000 Houston area residents took the Oath of Allegiance and became U.S. citizens in a special ceremony Wednesday morning. 11 News' Doug Miller reports from today's council meeting that FEMA notified Mayor Bill White that it will only authorize three-month leases for evacuees seeking apartments in the Houston area. The mayor believes that the three-month limit will make it very difficult for evacuees to find housing and is requesting that it be extended to a longer period.
