Robert Thacker was arrested in October after he reportedly admitted to investigators that he intentionally set seven fires in Dumpsters within a two-month period.
Thacker worked as a delivery driver for Jason's Deli and said he started the fires because of disputes with local businesses over his tips.
He said he set the fires in the Dumpsters belonging to those businesses.
