Kalvin N. Forcell, has been charged with murder in the 351st State District Court. Members of the Ascencion Parish Sheriff's Office arrested Forcell in Donaldsonville, La.
Houston police said 21-year-old Allen Holloway was shot inside of a pool hall
Allen Holloway, 21, was shot inside a local pool hall during a large gathering for a music publicity event.
Witnesses reported hearing several shots and finding Holloway shot multiple times after the melee. He was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he later died.
