The city of Tomball has settled a federal lawsuit involving discrimination by the KKK.
The suit stems from events on June 11 when the Klan rented out the town's community center for a public display.
Two black people and a Jewish woman sued the city, saying they had been barred from entering the event because of their race and religion.
This week the city agreed to a requirement that all future parties renting out city facilities for public events sign a contract of non-discrimination.
