Alvin baby's death prompts investigation

Investigators are searching for answers following a baby's death in Alvin.

Paramedics responded to the home in the 3800 block of Mustang Drive on Sunday morning, but the baby was dead when they arrived.
The mother's 6-year-old child was taken from the home and placed in CPS custody.
