Wrecking crews are slowly demolishing a historic building in downtown Houston.
The old Penn Hotel is located in the 1400 Block of Texas.
Crews began tearing it down eariler in the week.
The 10-story building was designed by Joseph Finger, an architect responsible for many Houston landmarks including City Hall and Temple Beth Israel.
The building's destruction has angered some preservationists who didn't learn about it until it was too late.
