The House of Blues will move into a new $200 million real estate project near the George R. Brown Convention Center, according to the Houston Chronicle.
Other entertainment such as shopping, an office complex, and a 12-story condominium tower are also expected on Dallas Street, between Main and Caroline Streets.
Developers hope to start construction this spring.
