U.S. Attorney Chuck Rosenberg said a Katrina evacuee residing in Conroe was charged with mail fraud.
Officials said 41-year-old Edward Good allegedly obtained a disaster umemployment debit card in the name of another individual who was not an evacuee.
Good was arrested by HPD officers on an unrelated charge, and it was then that they found seven debit cards in the names of different individuals.
