Man suspected in elderly woman's death to be in court

Robert Renfrow is expected in court Tuesday.

He is suspected of murdering an elderly woman with an axe last month.
The body of Enid Holderly was discovered in her northwest Houston home Dec. 15.
Tenfrow had been living in her home while doing handyman work.
He was captured at an area hotel less than two days later.
He's charged with capital murder and other felony charges for using her credit card.
