Two men accused of kidnapping and then killing a 15-year-old girl are scheduled to be in court Tuesday.
Police said the victim got into an argument with her boyfriend, Julio Falcon, on Jan. 17. Then they said Falcon and his friend Gilbert Rodriguez forced her into the trunk of a car.
She was able to escape, but police said the suspects caught up with her, shot her in the head and dumped her body in the street.
Rodriguez and Falcon are charged with capital murder.
