U.S. Attorney General Chuck Rosenberg announced Wednesday the arrest of John Holiday for filing a false claim to FEMA.
Holiday was arrested Tuesday.
He is expected to appear in court Wednesday.
According to the indictment, Holiday filed a claim for Hurricane Rita assistance on which he listed a false address on Avenue L in Galveston.
