Daughter accused of shooting mom to appear in court

A juvenile detention hearing is scheduled for Thursday morning for a 15-year-old girl accused of shooting and killing her mother.

Police said 44-year-old Cindy Chang and her daughter, who attended Bellaire High School, got into a fight last month over skipping school.
They said that is when the daughter shot her.
The daughter has been charged with murder.
Thursday's hearing was supposed to be held last month but was postponed.
