Charges have been filed against a driver involved in a fatal accident at 1900 West Loop South service road southbound early Sunday morning.
The driver faces intoxication manslaughter charges, although he was not at fault in the accident.
Houston police said a vehicle was traveling southbound on the service road at about 1:40 a.m. when it struck and killed a pedestrian who was in the roadway.
