Judge expected to rule on Yates retrial

A judge is expected to decide Tuesday whether Andrea Yates' retrial will be postponed.

On Monday, Yates turned down a deal that required her to plead guilty or no contest and serve 35 years.
Lawyers for Yates said sending her back to prison will put her in danger, and they're going to trial next month.
Tuesday the judge will rule on defense claims of misconduct by prosecution. If the judge agrees, the trial could be delayed for up to a year.
