A man who helped lure Humble churchgoers into a bogus investment with promises of large returns has been found guilty of promoting a pyramid scheme, authorities told the Houston Chronicle. Harvey Joseph Dockstader Jr., of Colorado City, Ariz., was sentenced to two years in state prison and a $10,000 fine, according to prosecutor Valerie Turner. |
