Crow canceled her March 2 rodeo performance after undergoing breast cancer surgery last week.

She's has been replaced by Melissa Etheridge.

Sheryl Crow tickets will be honored at the Etheridge performance.

According to Ticketmaster, You can get a refund by following the instructions below depending on your delivery method:

If your tickets were sent to via TicketFast or were being held at the box office Will Call Window, you can request a refund by contacting Ticketmaster Customer Service no later than Thursday, March 2 at 6:45 p.m. at Ticketmaster Customer service.

If your tickets were mailed via UPS or regular mail, you may mail your tickets back to:

Mkae a copy of the tickets for your own records before returning the physical tickets in the mail. Include the name & address on the account, your Ticketmaster order number, and a daytime telephone number in case we need to reach you. Your tickets must be received in our office no later than Thursday, March 2 by 6:45 p.m.

Ticketmaster says it is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, or never received in our office.

The $2.50 per order processing fee and any TicketFast or UPS delivery charges are
non-refundable.
