Despite his wounds, he managed to drive his car to a strip center at Antoine near DeSoto in northwest Houston.

Someone found him parked there and called police.

Police are trying to figure out where the man had driven from and why he was shot.

Police say they found a crack pipe in his car, but it's not clear whether drugs were involved in the shooting.
