Execution set for man who killed refinery worker

A man who murdered a Houston-area refinery worker 13 years ago is scheduled to die by lethal injection Wednesday night.

Kevin Kincy robbed and killed Jerome Harville in 1993.
Harville had been dating Kincy's cousin Charlotte at the time.
Prosecutors said Kevin Kincy shot Harville, and then his cousin stabbed him.
She pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and is serving a 40-year prison term.
