Galveston's Elissa ship set to take maiden voyage

Galveston's restored Elissa ship is set to take her maiden voyage as the official tall ship of Texas.

The ship received the honor by state lawmakers last year.
Elissa will set sail at 10 a.m. Monday.
Public tours will be postponed during the ship's annual sea trials, which run through April 5.
During that time, tickets to the Texas Seaport Museum are half price.
