Murder charges filed in fatal southwest Houston shooting

Capital murder charges have been filed against a man wanted for the fatal shooting of two people outside a southwest Houston apartment complex.

Police are looking for 23-year-old Patrick Raynard Edwards.
They said he's the one who gunned down the two victims Friday in the 9400 block of the Sam Houston Parkway.
Jackie Robinson Jr., 23, and an unidentified 17-year-old were killed.
Police said the two victims and the suspect were Katrina evacuees.
