Murder suspect in Continental case to be arraigned

One of the two suspects accused of murdering a Continental Airlines worker is set to be arraigned in court Wednesday.

The body of Raul Mendoza was found shot to death last week.
His remains were discovered in Buffalo Bayou.
According to investigators, Joseph Godin admitted to robbing Mendoza but claimed another man, Jose Nieva, was the shooter.
Nieva reportedly claims Godin was the shooter.
Both men are charged with capital murder.
Nieva is expected in court Wednesday.
