All four westbound lanes of the North Loop are shut down near Wayside due to an accident.
A big rig jack-knifed, blocking all four lanes. The trucker wasn't hurt but the container truck lost part of its load.
The accident happened around 4:30 p.m.
Traffic was backed up for miles.
