After greeting the jury Monday morning, Judge Lake said Daniel Petrocelli, who had cross-examined Andrew Fastow for two days before resting last Thursday, in fact, had more questions for Fastow.
"I got too tired and lost my bearings a little bit," Petrocelli told the judge before asking questions of Fastow. The additional questions by Petrocelli delayed Ramsey's beginning Monday.
Petrocelli asked more about the partnerships between Enron and LJM which Fastow created and managed.
Petrocelli also quizzed Fastow more about the so-called Global Galactic agreement. It is the hand-written document, signed by Fastow and former Chief Accountant Rick Causey, which outlines the side deals between Fastow and Enron.

"The words 'Global Galactic' never appeared on any of these pages," Petrocelli said. "So the words 'Global Galactic' are not technically even the name of this document."
"That's correct," Fastow said.
Petrocelli asked specifically about the unusual name of the document.
"The galactic part comes from the fact that you're a big Star Wars fan, right?," Petrocelli asked.
"I like the Star Wars movie," Fastow said, but I don't remember the name coming from that.
"This list was a growing list, right?," Petrocelli asked.
"I never looked to add up the numbers but it was a changing list for sure," Fastow answered.
