An arrest has been made in a fire that left several apartment residents homeless in southwest Houston.
Arson investigators say the suspect deliberately set the fire Thursday at the Spring Meadows complex on Ocee and Richmond.
They say he was retaliating against another resident.
The blaze destroyed eight units. Several others received smoke and water damage.
Fortunately, no one was hurt.
