Two Coast Guard boat crews were on routine patrol Wednesday afternoon when they spotted a boat in trouble. The 35-foot boat was taking on water and slowly sinking with a man and woman inside. It was spotted around 2 p.m. about four miles northeast of Kemah. The Coast Guard crews rescued the couple and dropped them off at a nearby boat ramp. |
