A report out Friday has shed new light into how trailers were damaged in last year's deadly BP plant explosion in Texas City. The US Chemical Safety Board revealed that all of the 15-fatalities occurred in or near two trailers. Those trailers were located about 120 to 135 feet away from the initial explosion. As a result of those findings, the Chemical Safety Board is calling for trailers to be placed about 600-feet away from flammable vapor. |
