Teen charged in shooting death of another teen

A 15-year-old has been charged in connection to the fatal shooting of another teenager in northwest Harris County.

The victim was shot in front of a home on Harrow on Wednesday night.
Police believe this shooting was the result of an argument about another fatal shooting that took place a few days earlier.
