Bobby Palmer was last seen at the Stone Ridge apartments located at 1115 Hwy 146 in Texas City at about 6:30 a.m.

Palmer was last seen wearing grey sweat pants, an olive green t-shirt, and white tennis shoes.

He has grey hair and the sides are bald from chemo.

Officials said Palmer’s grey beard has a week’s worth of growth.

Palmer recently had brain surgery and finished radiation therapy.

Palmer takes antidepressant and seizure medication and is severely diabetic.
