A man was shot to death outside of a convenience store early Monday morning.

It happened at 12:08 a.m. at 9983 Bissonnet.
Houston police said the victim, 26-year-old James Hubbard, was buying cigarillos at the cashiers window.
Someone in a newer model, silver, four-door sedan fired several times, killing Hubbard.
The suspect is described as a black male in his early thirties, weighing between 200 to 240 pounds. He is 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, clean-shaven with a short fade haircut and has a dark complexion.
Hubbard was a Hurricane Katrina evacuee from Louisiana.
