It was back to criminal court for Texas Southern University's former finance director Quentin Wiggins.
He's charged with one count of misusing school money.
Wiggins' attorney said he and his client have not decided on whether they'll ask for Wiggins to be tried separately from former TSU president Pricilla Slade.
She was also indicted for allegedly misusing school funds to pay for personal expenses.
