There was a fire at the Frito Lay plant on Highway 36 just outside Rosenberg in Fort Bend County. Fastow, Enron’s former chief financial officer, had agreed to serve a maximum 10-year term when he pleaded guilty in 2004. 11 News' Doug Miller reports from Houston City Council chambers where a man who threw an egg at the mayor's chair a while back struck again Wednesday morning. During discussion of the proposed airport shuttle contract, the man apparently threw the egg at the mayor, but missed. He was quickly taken away by Houston police officers. The man's incoherent ramblings are becoming increasingly hostile at times and the question has been raised as to why he has been allowed to return to the chambers repeatedly.
