Growing opposition to Richmond Metro light rail plan

There is more opposition to that proposed Metro light rail line along Richmond Avenue.

On Monday, the mobility coalition released results of a study which says a rail line in that area could cause catastrophic failure to a large water line beneath the street.

Researchers predict the problem would result from corrosion due to stray currents.
