Texas Governor Rick Perry pushing for Prop 15

Texas Governor Rick Perry is in Houston Monday.

He's pushing Proposition 15 which will allow the state to issue $3 billion in bonds for cancer research over the next decade.

It will be on the November 6 ballot.
