Kids who have no intention of completing the sessions and only want a free computer, forget it. The internet is "locked" until after the sessions are completed. So no MySpace! For a list of Dallas campuses that are eligible, click here. Also, participating students must qualify to receive free or reduced lunch. Here's more information from Catapult Online's news release: Parents can sign up at the Beckley-Saner Rec-Center, located on 114 W. Hobson, Dallas, Texas 75224, from 3-7 p.m., during Jan. 24-Feb. 28, and at the Fruitdale Rec-Center, located on 4408 Vandervort, Dallas, Texas 75216, Saturday, from 1 to 5 p.m., during Feb. 2 to March 22. Is it possible to get a computer for a student from Conrad High School even though they are not on the list? Conrad is Low Performing and the students are very impoverished. There are several deserving students who would love to avail themselves of this opportunity.
