I hope the people that are governing the City of Dallas/Dallas School board are under scrutiny -every single day. It is obvious there is some serious problems in all areas. I would hate to think that I worked for a company that corrupt and had so many illegal activities going on. I absolutely cringe that there are no better control in effect to curtail and monitor spending on credit cards. You people are killing me - I'm a Credit Manager for a the #1 flooring manufacturer in the world - I am a small piece of sand - but we have measures in place - where NO ONE in my company would be allowed to pay for their personal expenses on the company. Hence - my concern that no one at your organization it WATCHING the money and from tax dollars I pay !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can assure you - I am totally pissed off that I cannot vote for the leader of this great City - who makes many decisions that affect me - because I don't live in the City of Dallas - I just live in Dallas County. Trust me - you would not be happy with the votes I would cast !!!!!!!!!! I am so incensed that the people that raise my taxes, spend my tax money that I cannot decide who those people are. I mean - Im am truly angry about that. Then, I get really mad when my tax rates go up - my property taxes go up, I then I get crap from it - what is my reward ?? Public transportation??? NOT - I drive 29 miles each way to work, pay outrageous gas prices, in addition to the dang tolls - I have taken such a cut in pay -$80 to $90 a month for my toll tag bill.
