Chef Richard Chamberlain offers outdoor cooking class

Out on Belt Line Road, Chamberlain's Steak & Chop House is a prime beef eater's paradise, while down the street, Chamberlain's Fish Market Grill provides similar pleasures for seafood lovers. What they have in common, of course, is chef-owner Richard Chamberlain, grillmeister extraordinaire.

He's offering a "Fire Up Your Holidays" cooking class on Saturday at 11 a.m., using his Dallas home's outdoor kitchen (though he'll take the class indoors if the weather proves uncooperative).

On the menu: Pomegrananate glazed salmon, mini beef medallions with honey-glazed fall veggies, and lemongrass grilled fruit. Price is $35 for adults, $15 for children.
